COVID 19 -  I AM OFFERING LIVE Virtual CLASSES ONLINE!!

On March 27th the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board and the AQB / ASC have granted me permission to offer my "live" classes over the internet.  On April 14th the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission approved my Tennessee courses to be offered online.

Starting March 30 you can attend any of the courses on my course calendar via the internet and get Continuing Education Credit!  Please note approval for GA and / or TN,

I can't be everywhere but I am making every effort to schedule appraiser courses in locations which I hope will be convenient to you.  I currently offer appraiser CE continuing education and licensing advancement courses in:
